Agent Fee is part of the Performance Fee. The Public Agent refers to the agent that the follower joins through the join link. The Additional Agent is the agent of the entire offer.

For example, Follower 007 joins the offer through the join link with agent 008 and sets Additional Agents 70039, when Provider earns 1000 performance fee from Follower, it needs to pay Public Agent 008: 200 Agent fee, Additional Agents 70039: 100 Agent fee.
