If you no longer wish to participate in a promotion, you can opt out at any time directly from the Client Portal. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive any rewards or benefits associated with that promotion.

1. 1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. 2. Go to the Promotions page.
3. 3. Select the promotion you want to leave.
4. 4. Click the Opt-out button.

If you change your mind, you can opt back in to the promotion at any time through the same page.
