Is the charging currency of the management fee based on the setting of the Provider or the Follower? How is it calculated?

The charging method is based on the currency of the Provider, and is converted by the Ask price. Suppose the Provider uses CHF as their currency, and the management fee is fixed at 100 CHF. If a Follower's currency is USD and the USDCHF Ask quote is 0.71234, then at the conclusion of the trading interval, they will be charged 140.38 USD.
