When using specific withdrawal channels, users who have not yet enabled two-factor authentication will be guided to complete the two-factor authentication binding process.

1. Download Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy from the app store.

2. Open the authenticator app you downloaded - you can add a verification account by scanning the QR code within the VT Markets App or by copying the key from the VT Markets App and pasting it into the authenticator app.

3. In the VT Markets App, click the bottom button to confirm that the 2FA account has been successfully added in the authenticator app.

4. Enter your VT Markets App password to indicate your agreement to bind your account with the authenticator app and key in the generated OTP.

5. After binding is complete, the VT Markets App will guide you to the withdrawal page to continue the withdrawal process.

After successfully binding the authenticator app, subsequent withdrawals submitted through the VT Markets App will only require you to enter the verification code from the authenticator app for validation.
